1. delivery and payment
All our goods are in stock and can be delivered immediately.
In case an item is not available in a special size you will be informed automatically when placing an order.
Our goods will be dispatched within Germany, to countries belonging to the European Community, to the USA and worldwide.
Orders via Internet are possible for the following countries:
Germany, USA, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland,
France, Great Britain, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxemburg,
Monaco, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland.
For all other countries (Africa, Asia, Australia, rest of Europe, Brazil,
Mexico, Canada ...) please ask about shipping costs, shipping time and special

We only accept cash on delivery (Germany), credit cards and payment in advance (bank transfer, cash with registered letter ...).
In case of bank transfer you will receive our account details together with the order confirmation per e-mail.
With orders per credit card the data will be encoded, guaranteeing a safe transmission. (ssl).
The contract is concluded with the order confirmation.
Goods will be shipped immediately on confirmation of payment (credit card) or on receipt of payment (bank transfer, cash with registered letter ...).
All items are checked before shipping for any possible defects.
Goods are sent via insured parcel in plain neutral packaging with neutral sender.
2. prices and shipping
All prices are quoted in Euro including 19% VAT plus cost of shipment. We only accept Euro as currency of payment.
The total cost of goods is reduced by the amount of the German Value Added Tax (19%) when goods are delivered to the USA and outside the European Community (this does not affect cost of transportation). Taxes and customs possibly arising have to be paid by the buyer.
Cost of transportation can be set at a flat rate:
from 1-10 items: 6 Euro Germany, 15 Euro European Community, 30 Euro USA
from 11-20 items: 12 Euro Germany, 30 Euro European Community, 60 Euro USA
from 21-30 items: 18 Euro Germany, 45 Euro European Community, 90 Euro USA

Orders exceeding 30 items always have to be clarified with us in advance via e-mail.

Shipment will be effected either with UPS or German parcel post.
When ordering the parcel service may be chosen by you without any extra cost.
Shipment via UPS takes:
approx. 1-3 days within Germany
approx. 1-3 days within the European Community
approx. 1-3 days to the United States of America
Alternate shipment will be effected with TNT (European Community, USA, worldwide). Shipment
via TNT will take approx. 1- 4 days (European Community, USA, worldwide).
Shipment via German parcel post takes:
approx. 1-3 days within Germany
approx. 3-10 days within the European Community
approx. 7-14 days to the United States of America

3. exchange
All shoes are in regular European sizes.
Already worn or damaged shoes as well as shoes without original packaging are excluded from exchange.
The request to exchange goods has to be indicated immediately on receipt of goods. Should the item meanwhile be no longer on stock we try to effect additional or substitute delivery together with according price equalisation.
In case of exchange the cost of transportation has to be carried by the customer. Returns have to be sent to us postage prepaid and as insured parcel. Returns without postage prepaid will not be accepted by us.
If exchange is needed customer pays postage to ship back to us. Shipment of the exchanged goods is free of charge. No extra costs! (Germany, European Community, USA).
4. applicable law
All items are depicted as truly as possible on our website.
Until complete payment is effected the goods remain in our property.
All statements and requirements are made to the best of our knowledge and belief and are subject to errors and spelling mistakes. Wearing high heels can cause injuries like falls and consequent health problems (llevar tacones altos puede causar lesiones y por consiguiente problemas de salud). Costumers agree to German law and jurisdiction. Moreover the regulations and requirements of the German Civil Code (BGB) are applied. Place of jurisdiction is Nürnberg, Germany.
